Chenonceau sits astride the Cher River, a tributary to the Loire. A flour mill occupied this site in the 15th century; the first castle was built at the beginning of the 16th, and then improved throughout the centuries especially by Catherine de Medici. • Everything was well organized. Good hotel choice. Easy to follow routes. Fun! My favorite experience? All of it. Biking was fantastic. Long enough daily routes. When you take your time and enjoy the sights, the biking of average 50K was enough. Everything was really well organized. Will definitely choose you again and will recommend to friends!

  • The whole trip was just perfect, and we had great weather. Each hotel was charming in its own way. My favorite experience on this trip was Chenonceaux: so much history and such a beautiful ride; the Domaine de Beauvais in Luynes was beyond first class, Brasilian jazz concert there!
